Maximum profit of Charging Station by setup strategies, Superiority  O & M

Good Profit & return on Investment will be achieved by any Public Charging Station , if it is Operationally efficient. Achieving Operational efficiency depends  on (I) How effective  & latest  operational pattern  are being adopted  , that require lowest maintenance & smooth running of PCS. (II) Secondly only well planned &  best Strategically conceived PCS will stand fit & good for efficient Operations.

For achieving effective ( profitable) operations  the plans & strategies are required to be adopted before set up a Public charging stations. Operational efficient PCS will be there only if suitable strategies  as we, www.evcharzo.com had framed have been adopted at the time  set up Charging stations. Without technical- strategies  & provisions adopted (Not a Misconceived) at the time set up (by making planning) charging stations, operational efficiency can not be achieved.

PCS can not  run efficiently for want of  compatibility with the Present technology of Electric Vehicles as well as  effective hassle free , tactfully methods of operations. The operations will be economic for maximum profitable when Fast Chargers are physically intact and connectivity through app or Internet based sync properly each time with Ev .

Beside physically state of chargers, there are  few Mis-operational instances are found in India at Public Charging Stations : 1) Charger-Ev Connecting failure (2) Not found good  by service (Five type):- Booking, waiting/Queuing, Connecting ,Matching fast charging, Payment prompting) (3)  No good rates from competitors (4) No regular supply/cut-prone power situations. (5) State to state variation in power tariff. 6) Improper mix power to keep Min TCO . (7)Supplementing services/amenities not upto level, viz : Waiting Hall, QSR, Public conveniences , Resting Area  &  ambience for family & belongings)

In USA , JD Power report based on the survey revealed that ,the Satisfaction with the DC fast charger segment remains flat at 67.4% as on Jan-June 2022 surveyed . The 11,554 electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle owners were surveyed from January-June 2022. This JD Power survey finds that 30 to 40%  EV charging is still a huge mess. Electric vehicle owners are fed up with broken EV chargers , busted screens , junky software, issues related to  Ev-Charger connectivity & Card payments . Tesla’s Supercharger network In USA ranks highest for DC fast chargers, with a score of 74%.

Comparably India have more mess & hassle as faced by EV owners. In India, as on June 2022 total 1500 Public charging stations are operational. Out of such PCS, 90%  PCS  are owned & run by the Government’s  PSU or the semi central/ state Government agencies . The situation although not very good but it is alarming situations to attract Ev Owners because some bad experience. As the Care taken is not done by best of level. Malfunctioning because of Physically hampered chord or charging Gun or display screen,  connectivity via App or internet. Payment card not able accepting/reading, sync problem between Charger & EV.
